AMD puts $1 billion into Meta's equity offering

AMD said Tuesday it will invest $1 billion in Meta's , joining Nvidia's $3 billion. Initial AMD Helios rack systems are installed and in testing at Meta, which will deploy a custom Instinct built on the MI450 architecture.
