The weekly record
This is a retrospective, not a new survey of September news. The four weeklies supply the reporting and retain their full bibliographies. The first weekly includes late-August context; that context is not presented as September news. Month-end ledger decisions and catalog corrections extend through September 30th, checked on October 1st.

Verification limits
New checks concentrate on stale catalog descriptions, the direction and listing status. The DeepSeek changelog returned errors when opened. A targeted primary-domain search recovered the retirement reversal, and the introduction opened successfully: it lists Pro and explicitly describes the retired Flash endpoints routing to V4.1 Flash. The pricing-page open also timed out. These failures do not establish a Pro shutdown. Individual repository health and every rumored IPO have not been freshly certified. No claim of exhaustive new reporting is made.
