A Fortune 500 publicly pulls back from an agent program
Open·made August 6th 2026·resolves August 6th 2027
70% confidence
Why I called it
Gartner forecasts over 40% cancellation. That number is unfalsifiable as stated, so this is the same claim rebuilt into a form that can actually be checked.
What countsCorrect if a Fortune 500 company says on an earnings call, in a filing, or in an official statement that it is cancelling or materially cutting an deployment. Anonymous survey data does not count: it has to be attributable.
What I based it on
The call, in full. At least one Fortune 500 company publicly announces scaling back or cancelling a major agentic AI program.
Scoring criterion. RESOLVES CORRECT if a Fortune 500 company states on an earnings call, in a filing, or via official statement that it is cancelling or materially reducing an agentic AI deployment. Anonymous survey data does not count; attribution is required.
The criterion is the machine-checkable version: a prediction that cannot be settled by a third party against a public source fails the build before it reaches this page.
