Moonshot files in Hong Kong by September 30th
Why I called it
September 30th is Moonshot's own stated target, given while denying an August filing, and the pre-IPO round closing today at a reported $50 billion only makes sense against that timetable. The threat is Washington: a Treasury blacklist threat hanging over the company is exactly the kind of event that slips a filing without killing it.
The call, in full. Moonshot AI submits its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on or before September 30th 2026.
Scoring criterion. RESOLVES CORRECT if Moonshot AI's listing application is filed with HKEX on or before 2026-09-30 23:59 UTC, per the exchange's records, a company statement or at least two named outlets. RESOLVES WRONG otherwise.
The criterion is the machine-checkable version: a prediction that cannot be settled by a third party against a public source fails the build before it reaches this page.
