TypeSafe cuts Jev's price by March 31st
Why I called it
Three weeks after Jev created the decision-model category, Cloudflare lists Clef-flash at $0.038 per million input and says it undercuts Jev, Microsoft's Decision-1 sits at $0.042 with free output, and Perplexity's decider lists at $0.04, two of the three on . A four-seller category with open-weight entrants at commodity prices has never held a premium incumbent price for two quarters.
The call, in full. TypeSafe publicly reduces Jev's pricing, or introduces a cheaper Jev tier or model, by March 31st 2027.
Scoring criterion. RESOLVES CORRECT if by 2027-03-31 23:59 UTC TypeSafe's public pricing page or an official announcement shows a lower price for Jev than its October 2026 level, or a new cheaper Jev-branded tier or model. RESOLVES WRONG otherwise.
The criterion is the machine-checkable version: a prediction that cannot be settled by a third party against a public source fails the build before it reaches this page.
