Anthropic's public S-1 misses October 31st
Why I called it
Bloomberg has marketing starting the week of November 9th, and reported analysis says a public filing must land by late October for that calendar to hold. As of this morning full-text search returns no Anthropic registrant. The same week, the first large AI-infrastructure book in the public market found no clearing price, ten-year yields touched their highest since April 2002, and investors told Bloomberg they cannot price the 's own catastrophic-risk language. Companies with a leaked schedule and a hostile tape slip by weeks, not months, and a slip past Halloween is enough to settle this.

Scoring criterion. RESOLVES WRONG if by 2026-10-31 23:59 UTC an SEC EDGAR filing of form S-1 with Anthropic PBC or its legal successor as registrant is publicly available. RESOLVES CORRECT otherwise.
The criterion is the machine-checkable version: a prediction that cannot be settled by a third party against a public source fails the build before it reaches this page.
