DayOne lists in the US by December 31st
Why I called it
The GDS spinoff filed its US registration in early October on tripled first-half revenue, and seven banks lent it $3.67 billion for its Johor build the same week, which says lenders already treat the tenants as real. The counter-case is Firmus, whose book failed on October 9th with half the offering reserved for friends, and the CoreWeave bond move that followed. Three more AI infrastructure issuers queue behind it, and an issuer can wait for a better window.
The call, in full. DayOne Data Centers' shares begin trading on a US exchange on or before December 31st 2026.
Scoring criterion. RESOLVES CORRECT if on or before 2026-12-31 23:59 UTC DayOne Data Centers' securities begin trading on the NYSE or Nasdaq following its , per an exchange notice or two established outlets. RESOLVES WRONG otherwise.
The criterion is the machine-checkable version: a prediction that cannot be settled by a third party against a public source fails the build before it reaches this page.
