Nscale prices its IPO below $25 billion
Why I called it
Bloomberg reports investors pushing for $16 to $19 billion against a $30 billion target, the September cap conversion at $30 billion, the Norway flagship runs six months late, Microsoft left Loughton, and the comparables sold off hard this month. A blank price range in the means the company has not yet anchored the market against that pressure.
The call, in full. Nscale's NYSE prices at a market under $25 billion, or does not price at all before April 2027.
Scoring criterion. RESOLVES CORRECT if Nscale's IPO prices on or before 2027-03-31 at an implied below $25 billion at the offer price, per the final prospectus or pricing press release. RESOLVES WRONG if it prices at $25 billion or above. RESOLVES VOID if the offering is withdrawn or has not priced by 2027-03-31 23:59 UTC.
The criterion is the machine-checkable version: a prediction that cannot be settled by a third party against a public source fails the build before it reaches this page.
