Anthropic's public S-1 appears on EDGAR by January 31st
Why I called it
Anthropic submitted a confidential draft in June, a draft has been described to the Wall Street Journal, and the company reportedly planned a November window. An must be public at least 15 days before a , so any listing in the winter starts with one. Against it: the credit tape that cut OpenAI's ask and halted Solidigm's listing is a reason to wait for a better window, and an issuer can remain confidential through a delay.
What happened
lists Anthropic, PBC Form S-1, accession 0001628280-26-067168, filed October 26th 2026. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/2130357/000162828026067168/0001628280-26-067168-index.htm
The call, in full. Anthropic files a public registration statement on Form S-1 that appears on SEC EDGAR between October 26th 2026 and January 31st 2027.
Scoring criterion. RESOLVES CORRECT if, by 2027-01-31 23:59 UTC, a Form S-1 filed by Anthropic, PBC or a successor issuer appears on SEC EDGAR full-text or the company filing index. RESOLVES WRONG otherwise.
The criterion is the machine-checkable version: a prediction that cannot be settled by a third party against a public source fails the build before it reaches this page.
