OpenAI told SpaceX it will end the contract supplying its models to Cursor, citing inability to trust SpaceX to honor its terms of service, pointing to Twitter's post-takeover contract breach and Musk's sworn testimony that xAI violated those terms. Cursor said OpenAI models are ~5% of its traffic and that it is negotiating.
